The week of the 27th was a full one for Jumpstart Foundry and Nashville. Monday marked the kickoff of ‘Nashville is’ week which brings together Nashville’s strengths: Healthcare, entrepreneurship, and music. Health:Further healthcare festival, 3686 Entrepreneurship conference, and highlighted performances from Live on the Green were some of the main attractions.
In addition to the ‘Nashville is’ week, we hosted the JSF Summit at Health:Further to enhance our portfolio and network’s experience.

Opening day of Health:Further was kicked off with our first Summit event: Limited Partner Luncheon at The Southern. Our Managing Director, Eller Mallchok, updated the investors on the status of our portfolio and excitement over how our companies are progressing. Next, we headed over to Country Music Hall of Fame for the headline speakers. We heard from a range of healthcare leaders like Milton Johnson, CEO of HCA, Marcus Osbourne, VP of Health & Wellness of Walmart, and Stacey Chang, Executive Director of the Design Institute of Health. To wrap up day one, we shared a meal with our Insight Partners and 2018 portfolio at Flyte.
